Cómo utilizar bien el aguinaldo

La planeación es fundamental, en particular en tiempos de volatilidad financiera, por lo que debemos analizar nuestras posibilidades y administrar nuestro aguinaldo para evitar la afamada y temida “cuesta de enero”.Primero lo primeroAl realizar la planeación de gastos de fin de año debemos jerarquizar nuestras necesidades a fin de dar prioridad a las cosas que nos resulten más relevantes a largo plazo.Es importante reconocer y recordar que durante las fiestas de fin de año, estaremos expuestos a un sinnúmero de tentaciones de gastos, es por ello que conviene tomarse un tiempo para pensar cuáles de éstas son trascendentes y cuáles son prescindibles.A continuación proponemos una lista modelo que ordena el destino de nuestro dinero de acuerdo con las necesidades más frecuentes:1) Salud. Debemos considerar en primer lugar si en nuestra familia se requiere de algún servicio de salud que puede ser correctivo (una intervención quirúrgica, una hospitalización, un tratamiento) o preventivo (estudios de laboratorio, chequeos anuales, etc.), o si es el momento de adquirir un seguro medico privado.
2) Deudas. Es recomendable destinar parte de nuestro aguinaldo para liquidar nuestras deudas, si es que las tenemos, o bien reducirlas tanto como se pueda.
3) Gastos necesarios. En esta categoría pueden entrar obras de reparación o mantenimiento de nuestra casa o automóvil. También podemos incluir los gastos inevitables que vendrán en los próximos meses: Pago de tenencia vehicular, declaración anual de impuestos, etc.
4) Ahorro. Después de haber destinado nuestro aguinaldo para cubrir estas necesidades, podemos pensar también, si se tiene la posibilidad, en guardar una parte de nuestra gratificación anual en nuestro sistema de ahorro personal.
5) Satisfactores no preponderantes. Finalmente, una vez que hemos considerado los gastos más importantes que tendremos que hacer, podemos darnos gustos y lujos de acuerdo con nuestras posibilidades. En esta categoría entran los regalos de fin de año o los viajes de placer.
Debemos tener siempre en mente nuestros objetivos y no caer en conductas impulsivas de las que nos arrepentiremos después.Comprar de forma inteligentePlanificar nuestros gastos no quiere decir restringirse por completo de cualquier gasto. Las fiestas decembrinas nos invitan a compartir nuestros ingresos con nuestros seres queridos sin embargo, es recomendable considerar las siguientes medidas:Comparar precios. Cuando nos dispongamos a comprar regalos como juguetes, ropa y calzado, lo mejor es pensar en el monto que destinaremos para cada cosa y ponernos un límite máximo de gasto por regalo. Otra medida importante que debemos recordar al hacer nuestras compras de fin de año es solicitar recibos, facturas o garantías (según sea el caso) de nuestras adquisiciones, esto con la finalidad de estar seguros de que el producto que compramos está respaldado en caso de cualquier desperfecto. Utilizar las tarjetas de crédito estratégicamente. Cuando decidamos realizar nuestras compras pagando con tarjeta de crédito hay que estar atentos de aprovechar descuentos y promociones a meses sin intereses, además de ser cuidadosos de no excedernos, de suerte que nuestros gastos no sobrepasen nuestras posibilidades de pago, y aprovechar las ventajas de éste medio de pago. 9) Empezará a validar la copia tarda entre 10 y 15 minutos
10) Y ya!…a otra cosa queda en español!

NOTA: No borra nada de los archivos, sólo cambia el sistema operativo a Windows Ultimate

Escribo este post ya que busque algun post (valga la redundancia) actualizado para cambiar idioma windows 7 home premium sp1 a español y no lo encontre, solo probe esta version de windows si puede funcionar en otra avisen, el problema es el siguiente:
el idioma en windows anteriores al windows 7 sp1 starter o home se podian cambiar directamente con un programita llamado "Vistalizator" pero a partir de esta version de actualizacion no es posible al menos que se hagan los siguientes pasos:

paso1: descarga el viejo "Vistalizator" http://www.froggie.sk/download/Vistalizator.exe







paso 2: descarga el mui original de microsoft; es importante seleccionar el correcto tanto en version, ambiente o tipo se sistema ya sea 64 bits o 32 bits de lo contrario generara error; aqui la pagina http://www.technize.net/windows-7-sp1-language-packs-direct-download-links-kb2483139/


paso 3: una vez descargado procedemos a abrir el cmd como administrador para ello vamos a inicio en el cuadro buscar escribimos cmd click derecho y ejecutar como administrador: http://www.configurarequipos.com/imgforos/chkdsk-w7-001.jpg

paso 4: en la consola escribimos lo siguiente dism /online /add-package /packagepath:c:paquetedeidioma.exe

para la ultima linea de comando donde coloco "c:paquetedeidioma.exe" alli debe ir el enlace y localizacion de donde hayamos descargado el mui del idioma, yo cambie el nombre del archivo y lo coloque en la raiz del disco duro c:

esperar a que diga 100 % completado, se lleva como 6 minutos depende la velocidad de nuestro hardware.

paso 5: antes de abrir el "Vistalizator" hacer click derecho sobre "Vistalizator" propiedades - compatibilidad - ejecutar este programa en modo de compatibilidad para windows 7- nivel de previlegio ejecutar este programa como administrador- aceptar y ejecutar alli te aparecera el nuevo idioma que instalamos y le damos cambiar idioma y reiniciar ya debe estar en nuestro idioma preferido...

Miren chavos no se hagan bolas, el VIRUS (DESKTOP.INI) del que hablan se llama RECYCLER, y para SACARLO DE SUS VIDAS es TAN FACIL que NO NECESITAN un ANTIVIRUS si SIGUEN los PASOS que acontinuacion se listan: (No importa si es un disco duro o un dispositivo de almacenamiento, movi, memoria USB, SD, MP3, etc) *****************PREPARACION DE TU PC********************** 1--- Primero: Abre tu EXPLORADOR de WINDOWS XP o anterior, Si es VISTA al BOTON INICIO en EQUIPO 2--- Dale click a el MENU de HERRAMIENTAS en XP o anterior, Si es VISTA a la imagen de ORGANIZAR 3--- En este Menu seleciona OPCIONES DE CARPETA si es XP o anterior, SI es VISTA en OPCIONES DE CARPETA Y DE BUSQUEDA 4--- Exiten 3 pestañas en esta ventana: "General", "Ver" y "Buscar"; (No importa si es Windows XP, VISTA u otra version), SELECCIONA la pestaña "VER" 5--- Ahí encontraras una pequeño recuadro en la parte inferior de la ventana con el titulo CONFIGURACION AVANZADA, en donde estan listados una serie de opciones algunas con un circulito a la izquierda, los que estan selecionados o activos tiene un punto en color azul (puede ser de otro color) busca los que te pedire moviendo la barra de desplazamiento que esta a tu derecha 6--- Dale un click a circulo que tiene a la derecha el letrero de "MOSTRAR TODOS LOS ARCHIVOS Y CARPETAS OCULTOS" (este letrero casi en todas las maquinas aparece al final del primer listado y es facil encontrarlo) 7--- Mucho mas abajo que el letrero anterior encontraras, (no con un circulo si no con un cuadradito a la izquierda con una palomita como la de "bien" en los examenes), un letrero con un cuadrado seleccionado que dice "OCULTAR ARCHIVOS PROTEGIDOS DEL SISTEMA OPERATIVO (RECOMENDADO)", dale click con tu mouse o raton al cuadrito y quitale la palomita 8--- Te saldra un letrero de advertencia al cual le tendras que dar un click a "SI" 9--- En seguida le das un click al boton de tu ventana pirncipal en la opcion de "ACEPTAR" 10--- TODO LO ANTERIOR ES SOLO PARA PREPARAR TU MAQUINA PARA BUSCAR, asi que no creas que has eliminado el virus ************************DESINFECCION DEL VIRUS************************ --- Primero selecciona la opcion de buscar en tu explorador de windows y escribe "DESKTOP.INI" (dale el boton de "BUSCAR" si es WINDOWS XP o anterior y si es VISTA no es necesario mas que haber escrito lo que te indicamos arriba --- Te apareceran al terminar la busqueda unos ICONOS o dibujos con una hoja como de cuaderno con un dibujo de un engrane (como el de una bicicleta) --- BORRA todos aquellos que tengan el nombre de "DESKTOP" (la extension ini no te va a aparecer escrita) --- Ya que los hayas borrado dale una nueva busqueda o retrocede y borra lo que escribiste y entonces escribe "RECYCLER" o "REC*" y va a aperecer un dibujo como de una carpeto o folder amarillo pero con un color desvanecido como si fuera un fantasma con el nombre "RECYCLE o RECYCLER" borralo ("""AGUAS""", si el archivo se llama "RECYCLE.BIN" y entre el nombre tiene unos signos de pesos o dolares NO LO BORRES esa es tu CARPETA DE RECICLAJE DE WINDOWS) --- Si BORRASTE o NO ENCONTRASTE la carpeta que te dije en el paso anterior BUSCA ahora una que se llama "MSOCache" y BORRALA TAMBIEN y te saldra una advertencia que vas a borrar una carpeta de solo lectura con un NOMBRE BIEN RARO que tiene un monton de numeros encerrados en unos simbolos como llaves como estas "{ }" dale que "SI" o "ACEPTAR" --- LISTO YA TE LIBRASTE DEL VIRUS --- si kieres asegurar bien tu desinfeccion, corre tu antivirus antes y despues de hacer los pasos en tu disco duro ó antes y despues de insertar tu dispositivo de alamacenamiento (USB, Memorias, Movil, MP3, etc.) --- RECUERDA hacer los pasos al contrario de la parte "***PREPARACION DE TU PC***" para activar de nuevo los protectores de tu sistema operativo, y que no vayas a borras un archivo que no debas de tu computador, (Vuelve a poner la palomita en donde estaba "OCULTAR...", y en lugar de seleccionar con punto azul el "MOSTAR..." seleciona el "NO MOSTRAR ***********TODO QUEDA LISTO PARA LIBRARSE DE ESE VIRUS TAN MOLESTO**************** P.D: Este virus tambien molesta no dejando que tus dispositivos de almacenamiento USB, moviles, MP3, etc. no se puedan desconectar mas que a la "BRAVA" o se a quitandolos a la de a FUERZA, pues convierte el icono de tu dispositivo en una MOLESTA CARPETA AMARILLA, y algunos computadores o antivirus no dejan entrar en tu dispositivo para explorarlo , despues de la desinfeccion saca y mete tu dispositivo, como por arte de magia cambiará el icono a otro dibujo que te dejara "EXPLORAR y DESCONECTAR" tu dispositivo como si no hubiera pasado nada, tan tan...

Al igual que pasó en versiones anteriores de Windows poco a poco se van conociendo más características ocultas y pequeños trucos relacionados con el nuevo sistema operativo de Microsoft, Windows 7, ese que lleva recogiendo buenas críticas desde que fuera lanzado.

A este respecto desde hace unos días anda pululando por la red un nuevo descubrimiento relacionado con Windows 7, la característica/truco bautizado con el nombre “ModoDios” o GodMode en inglés. ¿Y qué es?

Pues básicamente se ha descubierto que creando una carpeta normal y corriente y dándola un nombre determinado esta pasa a convertirse en una especie de “super panel de control” desde donde podremos acceder a multitud de opciones para modificar diversos aspectos del sistema operativo. Gran parte de las opciones son accesibles de formas más convencionales pero otras no y tener una carpeta con todo centralizado es interesante.

Si quieres tener una carpeta “ModosDios”, el proceso es tan simple como hacer lo siguiente:

§  Crea una nueva carpeta donde quieras (botón derecho> Nuevo> Carpeta)

§  Una vez creada dale el siguiente nombre: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Listo, verás que la carpeta cambia su icono a uno similar al del panel de control y si accedes a ella dentro encontrarás todas las opciones comentadas anteriormente. Un dato importante para terminar, algunos usuarios reportan que en Windows 7 64bits han sufrido cuelgues tras crear la carpeta, tenlo en cuenta.
