REALIZANDO NUESTROS SUEÑOS

Muchas veces para realizar nuestros sueños es necesario primero crear una base económica que sirva como capital semilla; para ello se hace necesario que seamos disciplinados y metódicos en cuanto al uso de los recursos económicos que percibimos, para ello existe una herramienta muy importante que es una gran aliada en el arte de administrar nuestro dinero, esto es: EL PRESUPUESTO.

Se le llama presupuesto al cálculo anticipado de los ingresos y gastos de una actividad económica (personal, familiar, un negocio, una empresa, una oficina, un gobierno) durante un período, Es un plan de acción dirigido a cumplir una meta prevista, expresada en valores y términos financieros que, debe cumplirse en determinado tiempo y bajo ciertas condiciones previstas.

Dentro de los rubros de un Presupuesto está otra herramienta muy importante llamada AHORRO.

Ahorro es la acción de guardar dinero para el futuro, reservar parte del gasto ordinario o evitar un gasto o consumo mayor . El ahorro, por lo tanto, es la diferencia que existe en el ingreso disponible y el gasto efectuado.

IDEAS NO APROVECHADAS

Un día mientras tomaba un  refresco gaseoso de esos que vienen en envase de vidrio, me aburrí de estar sacando la pajilla a cada rato, pues ésta era muy pequeña y se sumía a cada instante, esto fue hace muchos años, no existía pajillas más grandes, por lo que saqué la pajilla por última vez, y la tiré, prometiéndome a mi mismo no volver a pedir pajilla para ese tipo de gaseosa, pues solo de estorbo servían, pero al mismo tiempo pensé en la oportunidad de negocio que eso representaba, y me dije: " si alguien fabrica una pajilla más grande, y  hace publicidad mostrando el problema con las actuales pajillas, puede hacer negocio...... .Pero hasta ahí.

En cierta ocasión, buscando oportunidades de negocio en internet, encontré unos carritos que tienen depósitos para agua y para todos los utensilios que se ocupan para lavar carros, 

pensé :" esto podría funcionar enel parqueo de un establecimiento comercial como Metrocentro, siempre y cuando la gerencia del mismo esté de acuerdo...........y?.......nada más.

Otra vez pensé en poner un Ciber, pero no lo hice, con un año después un vecino puso el único ciber que existía hasta ese momento en el lugar donde vivo, como un año después, casi a la par de ese ciber (solo una casa de por medio pusieron otro ciber. Irónicamente, los únicos dos ciber café que existen enmi comunidad están en el pasaje donde vivo, y yo solo me quedé con la idea.



IDEAS untapped

Again I thought of putting a Ciber, but I did, one year after a neighbor became the only cyber existed until that moment where I live, and one year later, almost on par with the cyber (just a house to put through another cyber. Ironically, the only two internet café enmi community there is in the passage where I live, and I just stayed with the idea.
